Dave’s practice includes the representation of companies, homeowners associations, contractors, landlords/tenants and individuals in civil litigation and transactional matters. Dave’s transactional experience includes the drafting of operating agreements, purchase agreements, and financing and security documents for a number of local businesses. He also represents and advises clients as to real estate disputes. A significant portion of Dave’s practice involves representing homeowners association, including the drafting, review and analysis of governing documents, assessment collection, and covenant enforcement.
